Update: Year 0 has been suspended until I finish another project I am working on. What project you ask? Well it is a project that has been in the works for years. Favor The Gods, a massively multi-player game based on open sand box mechanics, free form gameplay, a pure community driven world, and survival. Think Dwarf Fortress meets minecraft spliced with something totally new. I firmly believe this will not only be the project that gives me my break but also a project that will leave a permanent mark on the word multi-player. Bold words? Yes but I know them to be true. we are seeking funding through Kickstarter.com and I will post a link to that as soon as we have the page up. Things will move quickly as I have no job and dedicate all my time to FTG now. I have been working on the engine for about three months, and we are closing in on an alpha.
Think I’m going to start a facebook page for Year 0. WordPress seems to suck for traffic.

I promise the alpha test will be available soon enough. It is taking me longer than I would like but that is just how it goes. Here is the first official screenshot of the test build… I know what your thinking–Naked Still!? well I have to draw those clothes and its not my top priority right now… So think of this as the Garden of Eden for “Year 0″. In fact I like the sound of that. From now on the test demo will be known as “Year 0: Eden Phase”.

Kinda depressed with my productivity. I also need to make time for breaks and maybe some exercise. It is weird that time flows so slowly everywhere else but in front of my monitor hammering away at code. It’s not even the old “time flies when you are having fun.” Half the time I want to bash my head into the monitor–sometimes I do, doesn’t help. I need my own hosting too. This free WordPress wont let me post videos or anything. Fuck being poor and timeless. What the hell does that mean?! Bah, I’m going to sleep.
